Waterstop is a product which you out between cold pours of concrete to prevent leakage between the seems. This product will expand when it gets wet from the new concrete on top and squeeze against the new and old concrete to create a barrier. We had it shipping to our forwarder (H2O logistics) in Gardena California. Cheaper and couldn't find it here on the island.
