The outside of the house will have five outdoor pot lights. These add an interesting effect to the house when viewed from the outside, etc. All out pot lights will be from
Cree who specializing in LED lighting. They use 12.5 watts for the equivalent of a 100 watt bulb. This is no every day LED light and it truly does replace a 100 watt incandescent bulb. The power these put out are very impressive and have to be experienced first hand to be appreciated.
The pot lights need to be go in and wired up before the soffit cedar is installed. The cedar will then need to be trimmed around the pot lights when we are install them.
