Tsunami..!

This is the message issued by Hawaii Civil defence this evening:

TSUNAMI WARNING FOR THE STATE OF HAWAII BASED ON AN 8.8 M EARTHQUAKE OFF HONSHU JAPAN.  EST. 1ST WAVE ARRIVAL IS ABOUT 3 AM.

Never really an issue for us since we are at an 124 m / 406 feet altitude. I guess when I post again tomorrow morning we will know if any damage has been done here in Hawaii. Hopefully not!
