Festool to the rescue..

A fantastic tool for created lots of cuts is the festool. You can see from the pictures what we do. We lay down two sheets of 1/2 plywood. On top we lay down a 4x8 sheet of styrofoam insulation. This allows us to set the blade to cut deeper and taking a piece out of the styrofoam without cutting into the bottom plywood. We lay down about 15 pieces of 2x4 lumber. Mark off 24.4cm in this case and lay down the track on top. We clamp and then cut away quickly, creating a bunch of pieces without having to individually do each with a miter saw.
