Inside walls..

Here we are finalizing the inside walls and placing the J dowels. We done in the second picture. Its a little tricky keeping those inside dowels straight and level. We placed an extra #3 (3/8 inch) because we had no where else to tie the dowels to. They aren't as perfect as the ones on the outside, however we'll use a pipe to bend them back in place when the concrete is in place. I think it will be fine. Tomorrow we need to place a couple more on another inside walls. Our knee pads for $4.21 USD lasted about 2 hours before the air bubbles were squeezed out of it. Lesson learned, buy better ones. Kneeling all day is tiring and then yanking that rebar tying tool isn't too much fun. There's an electric version but the prices are between $800 to $2500 price range which is just crazy. Nut enough competition I think to lower the prices. Anyhow, we shall manage since welding isn't an option.
