The work continues on the rim board. We were slowed down yesterday by having to move back to our old location. The next time we move it will be into our own creation.
Both sides of the house have been finished with the rim board. The day before yesterday we completed the bathroom / bedroom side. Yesterday we completed the living room side and back. Today we will continue towards the kitchen area. The roof joists there need to be cut back to be flush with the large rear beam above the kitchen. The skylights will be placed there and will provide nice light in the kitchen work area.
A little rake wall still needs to be built under the large overhanging beams, we will probably do that today.
